• Minimum of 2 years in transport management in a supply chain and/or logistics business
• Strong customer service/planning experience
• Experience in distribution and transport operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation and delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of logistics operations
• Plan and monitor trips, ensuring optimal fleet utilization and adherence to operational schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trucking partners, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and delivery concerns
• Track delivery performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets, escalating issues as needed
• Manage trip documentation, investigate delivery exceptions, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions
• Support continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
