DSSI, a Philippine-based transport provider in joint venture with DHL, is seeking a Transport Operations professional. You will manage orders, plan trips, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include using the TMS for trip creation, tariff validation, and daily reporting. Strong customer service and analytical skills are essential for driving efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in transport operations or logistics.
• Strong customer service planning experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customer via system.
• Create trips in TMS per business rules.
• Identify correct tariff (NKAG, RD, STO).
• Confirm pick up and delivery with customer.
• Upload consolidated orders via DHL link or Filezilla.
• Plan SKU per truck type and optimize trips.
• Ensure FIFO in order planning.
• Maintain timely reports and updates.
• Resolve issues in billing/finance or related streams.
• Drive continuous improvement in service and cost.
