Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day coordination of transport, warehouse, and distribution operations to ensure timely execution.
• Support delivery scheduling, dispatch planning, and resource allocation while coordinating with internal teams, drivers, and service providers.
• Monitor key metrics like on-time delivery, fleet utilization, turnaround time, and service performance; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, transport documents, and databases; ensure timely submission of reports.
• Assist in investigating delivery issues and incidents; support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to logistics and transportation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects as delegated by the Logistics Operations Manager.
