Responsibilities

• Support the Station Supervisor in operational requirement of the company.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the SF Service Station from inventory, asset management, office administration and financial-handling protocols.
• Serve as a contact of customers for booking request and walk-in.
• Responsible for coordination incoming and daily dispatch of shipments.
• Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders.
• Tracking the progress of shipments.
• Recommend options and plans for logistical activities.
• Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders.
• Work closely with Client Support Service team.
• Other duties that may be assigned.
