Job summary

You will report shipment status daily, drive safety and compliance, and develop SOPs aligned with client and internal requirements. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, monitor service levels, identify issues, and help drive continuous efficiency across

• Track and trace vehicles and manpower, providing visibility to customers
• Report shipment status timely and daily
• Drive compliance and safety in daily operations
• Set up SOP/IOPs and processes in line with customer and internal requirements
• Set up regular meetings with internal and external parties to review performance and improve operation processes
• Support Customer Service, Sales and Products teams in customer query resolution and exception handling
• Monitor agreed service levels and identify root cause when targets are not met
• Advise management of potential service failures and trends
• Promote e-commerce and drive continuous efficiency gains in a scalable platform
• Maintain close calibration with all internal and external customers and vendors to keep good service level
