Responsabilidades

• Ensures prompt scheduling and dispatch shipments with freight forwarders and haulers.
• Supervises loading and unloading of finished goods and raw materials.
• Create clear pooling of orders based on daily logistics plan.
• Ensure drivers and helpers are pre-alerted to sales and customers.
• Update dispatch dashboards and logistics daily plan.
• Conduct safety inductions for new drivers and helpers.
• Lead toolbox talks before shifts start.
• Hold regular meetings with team and third-party personnel on material handling and SOPs.
• Maintain adequate manpower on shift.
• Coordinate with sales/warehouses for transfer orders status and deliveries.
• Prepare Delivery Receipt, Transshipment Order, Advice, and related documents; monitor document return.
• Monitor status of hardware items under logistics.

JOB PURPOSE

This job is primarily responsible the deliveries and/or dispatching and allocation of trucks for loading. Ensure customer satisfaction by staying in contact and relaying all communications concerning the delivery of raw materials, finished goods and other special products.

JOB SCOPE

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensures/ascertains prompt scheduling and dispatch shipments and deliveries of materials and finished products thru accredited forwarders and shipping companies and haulers

• Supervises and lead loading and unloading operations of finished goods and raw materials

• Create clear and pooling of orders based on queuing in logistics daily plan

• Ensure compliance of drivers and helpers on pre-alert to sales and/or customers

• Update SL/MM dispatched monitoring dashboard and logistics daily plan

• Perform safety inductions to new drivers and helpers

• Conduct toolbox meeting before the beginning of the shift

• Regular meetings with the team and third-party personnel on the proper handling of materials and finished products and the standard operating procedures

• Ensure full manpower complements on his shift

• Coordinates and maintains effective feedback with concerned roll forming and sales/warehouses branches for the status of transfer orders and deliveries

• Prepares Delivery Receipt (DR), Transshipment Order and Advice (TOA), Sales Returns Report, Hauling Notice, and other related transactions. And monitor returned of the acknowledged documents

• Monitors and updates the status of hardware accessories-HA, LSF, and other inventoriable items under logistics

• Ensures accurate, complete, and timely processing of logistics transactions in the Oracle

• Make presentations on the performances of Logistics under their responsibility and ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on the logistics dashboard on a regular basis

• Provide support to Logistics Coordinator in Eastern Northern Central Luzon

• Support and demonstrate area ownership of good housekeeping, and health & safety in their area of responsibility

• Coordinates with Sales on the status of orders, possible delay, and other issues that might arise

• Performs other duties that may be required by the immediate supervisor
