Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking a Distribution Support role to assist the Distribution Supervisor in monitoring truckers, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with ISO and HACCP requirements. You will help manage records, prepare reports, and support shipping activities in the Pampanga area.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of Industrial Engineering with basic computer and MS Office skills, willing to work shifting hours, holidays, and extended schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering
• At least 1 year relevant experience preferred
• Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Applications

Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate records of Truck Assignment Monitoring.
• Analyzes Truck Tray allocation daily and cascades it to delivery and feeder crew.
• Monitors and ensures truckers' punctuality for target arrival and departure times at plant, feeding station, and stores.
• Provides timely updates on delivery concerns to the Sales team.
• Provides timely updates on Feeder Bread Transfer concerns to Dispatch team.
• Ensures delivery of items for shipping and other items requested by Sales.
• Prepares and maintains ISO & HACCP records for Distribution.
• Prepares and issues Late Arrival Penalty to truckers.
• Prepares Work Schedule when needed.
• Prepares performance reports for Feeder Crew, Delivery Crew, and third party truckers.
• Prepares and analyzes product compliance report.
• Prepares and analyzes truck capacity utilization.
• Monitors and prepares reports on truckers' pending/unremitted documents.
• Prepare and issue pre-invoice documents of routes, PO and other delivery requirements.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Principal purpose of the position

To assist Distribution Supervisor in location monitoring of GBPI & 3rd party truckers, monitoring of shipping items, ISO documentation and other related Distribution functions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate records of Truck Assignment Monitoring.

Qualifications:
