Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies is seeking a Logistics Support Assistant to aid the logistics team in preparing, handling, loading, unloading, and delivering goods to Manila and provincial outlets. You will help ensure items are properly handled, organized, and accounted for to keep smooth logistics operations.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with experience in logistics or warehousing, or a fresh graduate willing to learn.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• Preferably with experience in logistics, warehousing, stock handling, or delivery operations.
• Fresh graduates or applicants without prior experience may also be considered.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving goods.
• Willing to assist in deliveries and logistics operations for Manila and provincial outlets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting goods, supplies, and materials.
• Sort, organize, and arrange items according to designated outlets and delivery schedules.
• Check the quantity, quality, and condition of goods before dispatch and upon delivery.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and arrangement of items to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist in preparing and organizing goods for delivery to Manila and provincial branches.
• Help verify delivery receipts, purchase orders, and other logistics-related documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage and loading areas.
• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
