About the role

Select Goods is seeking a Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our operations based in Pulilan, Bulacan. As a Logistic Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse facilities. This role is fundamental to maintaining our high standards of service delivery and operational excellence, directly contributing to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain our competitive edge in the warehousing and distribution sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and organising goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate placement and easy accessibility
• Support inventory management activities, including counting, labelling and updating stock records
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking items from shelves, packing them securely and ensuring proper documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and other material handling tools safely and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors immediately
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care
• Support logistics coordinators and senior staff with administrative tasks as required
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a distribution centre
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items regularly, with good stamina for a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and tracking inventory
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
• A commitment to health and safety standards and best practices
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as required
• Strong communication skills and willingness to follow instructions from supervisors
