Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Planner to manage transport planning, dispatching, and fleet coordination from Manila. You will relay trip changes, monitor Digihaul transactions, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1–3 years of experience in transport planning, dispatching, trucking coordination, or related logistics functions.
• Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, or 3PL operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of transport operations, routing, and logistics processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, TMS/WMS systems, or fleet management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, especially under time pressure.
• Attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and manage dynamic schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive trip details from planner and relay changes when advised by customer.
• Monitor Digihaul transactions from pickup to delivery.
• Create RD capacity and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate fleet allocation with trucking owners/coordinators.
• Provide daily/weekly reports (Truck Status Report, DDM, Dwell time).
• Enter trip data into the Digihaul system and monitor shipments.
• Ensure trucks on-site have corresponding trips and meeting SLA.
