Chain Glass Enterprises Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Logistics/Motorpool Officer to manage daily fleet operations on-site at Malabon Plant & Warehouse. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, coordinating dispatches and maintenance.
You will monitor fuel usage, ensure vehicle registrations and insurance, supervise drivers and mechanics, and support cost control through budgeting and performance reporting.

Our Logistics/Motorpool Officer shall be assigned to work on-site at Chain Glass - Malabon Plant & Warehouse, which is located at 29 Platinum Avenue, Goldendale II Subdivision, Tinajeros, Malabon City, Metro Manila. The work schedule shall be from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Fleet & Motorpool Management: Supervise daily motorpool operations, schedule preventive maintenance, track fuel consumption, and maintain valid vehicle registrations and insurance.
Logistics and Dispatching: Plan transport assignments for cargo, coordinate delivery routes, and monitor driver schedules.
Cost Control & Budgeting: Track fleet expenditures, optimize fuel and repair budgets, and submit periodic operational performance reports.
Compliance and Safety: Enforce traffic laws and safety protocols, oversee driver compliance, and handle accident or incident reporting.
Staff Supervision: Manage company drivers, mechanics, or equipment operators, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate external service providers.
To be a successful Logistics/Motorpool Officer, one must:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or other related courses
Preferably have at least one year of professional experience in fleet management, motorpool operations, or transport logistics.
Be familiar with logistics and motorpool workflows.
