Job summary

Chain Glass Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage warehouse stock at the Malabon Plant & Warehouse. You will monitor daily inbound and outbound items, update ERP records, and prepare stock reports for managers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics, is proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets, and demonstrates keen attention to detail to spot discrepancies. Work is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• To be a successful Inventory Officer, one must have at least 1 year work experience in a warehouse, retail inventory, or logistics role.
• Be proficient with ERP software (specifically, SAP).
• Be familiar with using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Have a keen attention to detail.
• Be able to spot and audit discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Stock Tracking: Monitor daily items coming in and out of the warehouse or store.

• Audits and Reconciliations: Run physical stock counts and fix any count mistakes.
• Reporting: Create stock level reports, aging sheets, and turnover lists for managers.

WORK SET-UP AND SCHEDULE

Our Inventory Officer shall be assigned to work on-site at Chain Glass - Malabon Plant & Warehouse, which is located at 29 Platinum Avenue, Goldendale II Subdivision, Tinajeros, Malabon City, Metro Manila. The work schedule shall be from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
