Job summary

Skyworth Philippines Corporation in Parañaque seeks a diligent Supply Chain Assistant to support daily logistics and order processing.

You will receive and evaluate POs, encode delivery requests, update daily supply chain reports, review stock movements, and perform inventory checks to spot discrepancies. The role requires good communication in English and strong Excel skills, with SAP/ERP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce or equivalent; Finance/Accountancy is preferable.
• At least 1 year of working experience in supply chain or related area.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SAP/ERP or inventory system experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Receive and Evaluate PO from sales department.
• Encode DR in logistic system and Making Delivery Order.
• Daily update Supply Chain Report.
• Monthly review stock movement of all items delivered vs. DR Making.
• Inventory checking and discrepancy analysis.
