Job summary

ARCHON PHILIPPINES is seeking a Supply Chain - Inventory Management professional to oversee inventory accuracy, supervise receiving and dispatch, and maintain proper documentation to support efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in inventory management or warehousing, and strong Excel skills; ERP/SAP experience is a plus, with leadership abilities to guide a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain with supervisory experience preferred.
Experience using ERP systems, SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise receiving, storage, and movement of inventory and related items.
Ensure accuracy by reconciling physical stock with system records.
Review and approve inventory transactions (goods receipts, stock transfers, issuances, returns).
Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance.
Monitor stock levels and storage practices to minimize losses and obsolescence.
Lead cycle counts and audits; drive corrective actions for discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement and service teams to support operations.
Generate inventory reports and analyze stock movement trends to improve efficiency.
Assist in demand planning, replenishment forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Supervise inventory personnel to meet targets and service standards.
