Job summary

Nestlé Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end factory logistics, from inbound materials to outbound dispatch, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will drive Lean, digitalization, and continuous improvement across the factory supply chain. You will lead compliance with QSHE and sustainability standards, coordinate with warehouses, transport partners and production teams, and optimize inventory, asset, and facility costs while supporting a safe,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, physical distribution, and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Training in Lean, SHE, ESG, Material Handling, and Digitalization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, warehousing, inventory, and outbound logistics operations for materials and finished goods.
• Ensure stock movement and inventory accuracy across internal and external warehouses.
• Lead compliance with QSHE, Food Safety, Halal, ISO, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse/service providers, transport partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage costs within approved budgets and drive Lean, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Oversee scrap and material recovery operations, ensuring environmental compliance.
