• Document and verify customers’ requirements in the Logistics Procedure and Account Matrix.
• Ensure vendors’ documents to customers are delivered timely, accurately, and completely.
• Liaise with customers and vendors to address inaccuracies that could affect cargo delivery.
• Execute and adhere to customers’ service requirements based on Documentation Instructions.
• Ensure customers’ reports are timely and accurate.
