You will liaise with customers and vendors, verify records in the Logistics Procedure and Account Matrix, and help resolve issues to keep cargo moving smoothly in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed (any field).
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in global/matrix teams and logistics environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and verify customer requirements in the Logistics Procedure and Account Matrix.
• Ensure vendor documents are delivered timely and accurately.
• Advise customers and vendors on document issues affecting cargo delivery.
• Execute service requirements per Documentation Instructions of the LPs.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate when costs may be impacted.
• Maintain strong relationships to protect and grow customers.
• Identify service gaps and recommend improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer reports are timely and accurate.
