Job summary

Biocostech Philippines Corporation is seeking a reliable Dispatch/Warehouse Associate to coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely shipments from Laguna. You will verify documents, track orders, and collaborate with logistics, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to optimize fulfillment processes.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, with 2+ years in warehouse or dispatch roles, plus familiarity with inventory systems or dispatch software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch operations and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery receipts, packing lists).
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to ensure timely shipments.
• Check product availability and confirm dispatch accuracy against sales orders.
• Ensure loading procedures comply with safety standards.
• Track dispatched items and address delivery issues proactively.
• Maintain records of dispatched orders for inventory and audits.
• Communicate with sales, inventory, and customer service to align on fulfillment priorities.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and warehouse process improvements.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.
• Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries.

• Coordinate with the logistics team, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to ensure timely shipment of products.
• Check product availability and confirm accuracy of items for dispatch based on sales orders.
• Ensure loading procedures comply with company handling and safety standards.
• Track dispatched items and address delivery issues or delays proactively.
• Maintain clear records of all dispatched orders for inventory and audit purposes.
• Communicate with sales, inventory, and customer service teams to align on fulfillment priorities.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and warehouse process improvements.
• Ad hoc task as assigned by Manager.
• Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation its affiliates and its subsidiaries.

Desired Skills and Experience
