Job summary

Phildex Industries & Development Corporation in Bulacan is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily delivery planning and operations, monitor picking, dispatch, and inventory checks.

You will inspect products for damages, maintain accurate bin cards, conduct cycle counts, and ensure safety and cleanliness. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and basic computer skills. Nearby residents of Bocaue are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Experience in a warehousing company preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot order defects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with staff and customers.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, WMS).
• Preferably residing near Bocaue.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in daily delivery planning and operations.
• Monitor warehouse activities including picking, dispatch, and inventory checking.
• Inspect products for damages and ensure proper storage space.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and updated bin cards.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Coordinate replenishment with purchasing and satellite warehouses.
• Assist walk-in customers and account officers with orders.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
