Job summary

Chef's Secret Inc. is seeking an organized, proactive leader to oversee dispatch and distribution operations in a fast-paced food production setting.

You will supervise daily activities, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries across breads, pastries, and ready meals. The role requires strong leadership, experience in logistics supervision, and solid knowledge of ERP/SAP systems to maintain accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, etc.).
• Experience in dispatching, distribution, or logistics supervision in food manufacturing or catering.
• Familiarity with logistics routing, inventory tracking, and ERP/SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily dispatching and distribution logistics across all product lines (breads, pastries, ready meals).
• Streamline delivery routes, manage transport schedules, and monitor transit for on-time, optimized deliveries.
• Maintain precise documentation, track shipping accuracy, and enforce safety and global quality standards within the dispatch area.
• Supervise, train, and guide dispatch and distribution staff to meet daily targets.
