Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Pasig to coordinate the prompt and safe dispatch of finished goods. You will manage delivery schedules, optimize routes, and monitor transport costs while ensuring cold-chain compliance with our quality system.

The role requires 3-5 years in logistics supervision, ideally in the food sector, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Work location is Pasig with six-day schedules and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution, preferably in food industry.
• Experience with route planning, cold-chain regulations, and food safety transport parameters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the prompt, safe, and cost-effective dispatch of finished goods to customers.
• Manage delivery schedules, route optimization, and transport cost targets.
• Ensure cold-chain transport temperature compliance per quality management system.
• Oversee route planning, fleet maintenance, and 3PL management.
• Provide meticulous delivery reporting and asset tracking.

Manages delivery schedules, route optimization, transport cost targets, cold-chain transport temperature compliance in alignment with our quality management system.

Thorough understanding of route planning, fleet maintenance, cold-chain regulations, food safety transport parameters, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.

Geographical/route optimization skills, crisis management in transit, meticulous delivery reporting, asset tracking, and strong supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or related field.

Experience

3-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution, ideally within the food industry.

Salary Range: P30-35k

Work Location: Pasig, Metro Manila

Work Schedule: 6 days/ shifting / holiday schedules
