Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain logs of all transportation and goods.
• Arrange transportation, schedule staff and deliveries to customers' demand.
• Follow sales orders to prepare goods for delivery.
• Communicate effectively with couriers and other operational departments.
• Meet and accomplish monthly quality objectives.
• Ensure proper documentation of logistics and warehouse.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
