Hecny Forwarders Incorporated' is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistic Data Entry to join our team in Cebu City Cebu. This full-time role is responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data to support the efficient operations of our business. If you have experiences in forwarders or logistics, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Enter foreign bills and verify that the amount is correct.

• Accurately input data into various software systems and databases

• Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking and verifying information

• Maintain electronic and physical records in an organised manner

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Must have proven experience as a data entry specialist in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping companies.

• Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office

• Good organisational and time management skills
