Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Cebu City is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support order entry, data cleansing, and invoicing while coordinating with carriers and warehouses. The role focuses on accuracy, timely data updates, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.

You will generate reports, manage forecasts in Excel, and ensure data integrity across systems to enable smooth operations and reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, action, and follow up with carrier & warehouse partners, resolve and/or escalate.
• Cross-reference carrier website milestones to eTN and report gaps to management.
• Generate basic tracking reports and weekly/monthly Zendesk reports.
• Process customer invoices accurately and identify billing discrepancies.
• Assist in compiling and pricing documentation.
• Generate Excel-based forecast reports for carrier partners from eTN data.
• Receive carrier invoices weekly and perform invoice reconciliation.
• Export data from eTN, price transactions, update customer invoices.
• Identify, isolate and communicate carrier credits weekly.
• Upload approved carrier invoices to ACON.
• Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and ensure timely updates.
• Track and trace with ETA updates on eTrucknow.
• Do manual bookings on truckers' website.
