Job summary

Inland Corporation is a logistics company providing comprehensive supply chain solutions, including Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Trucking Services, and Warehousing & Cold Storage. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team, manage key accounts, and ensure excellent client support across our logistics operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field.
3+ years in customer service or logistics.
Customs brokerage background and account management experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant customer management systems.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead and support the customer service team.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns and escalations.
Coordinate with customs brokerage, freight forwarding, trucking, and warehousing teams.
Monitor service quality and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
