Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in customer service or logistics.
• Customs brokerage background and account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant customer management systems.
