Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any course; technical courses are preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience in procurement or related field.
• Proficient in standard office applications (document, presentation and spreadsheet).
• Able to perform detailed purchasing tasks with judgment, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Team player but able to exercise independence and initiative in daily activities.
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, persuasion, active listening, learning, critical thinking, analytical thinking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and files logistics documents such as Delivery Receipts.
• Ensures proper recording of results of delivery activities in the MIS.
• Communicates with customers regarding schedule status, updates, prerequisites and other issues.
• Communicates with warehousing for advance preparation of goods.
• Coordinates with field personnel, requesters during logistics activities.
• Maintains a working feedback system with internal and external customers to measure and optimize for customer satisfaction.
