• Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries via channels.
• Respond to inquiries via amici.com.ph and social platforms.
• Assist with order tracking, inquiries, returns and complaints.
• Provide real-time customer support via messaging platforms.
• Prepare service and warranty reports.
