Job summary

You will plan and manage projects, coordinate across disciplines, control budgets and resources, and maintain project documentation to ensure accountability and learning. A technical engineering background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Industrial) required.
• Preferably 1 year experience in construction project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in standard applications; quick to learn desktop/web apps.
• Conscientious about commitments and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Determines project objectives and specifications that satisfy customer requirements.
• Develops project plans and schedules.
• Ensures deliverables on time, within budget and quality targets.
• Responsible for inter-discipline coordination and problem resolution.
• Maintains situational awareness on budget, resources, procurement, risks and mitigation.
• Responsible for bill of materials creation and maintenance.
• Prepares and reviews engineering deliverables (method statements, submittals, drawings, quality checks).
• Performs overall quality control of work.
• Maintains project data base with plans, budgets, resources, risks for accountability.
