Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or transportation, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics, shipping, freight, transportation, and delivery operations.
• Ensure on-time, compliant movement of shipments and cargo.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and improve efficiency.
