Job Description

A Logistic Driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products/goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading products/goods from delivery vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our customer base.

• Conduct inspection of vehicle before departing to deliver products/goods
• Load, transport, and deliver products/goods to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
• Maintain ongoing communication with Operations/Warehouse Supervisor
• Assist with the loading and unloading of products/goods from vehicles
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their order
• Collect customers’ payments for delivered items
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Operate equipment and machines such as trucks, cars, forklifts, etc.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Warehouse & Logistic Officer /Operations Supervisor and/or General Manager
