Job summary

vivo Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support payment compliance, cost analysis, and cross-functional process improvements within the supply chain.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for documentation, review billings, and help ensure best price and quality from suppliers.

Bachelor degree required; 2+ years in related fields preferred; strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, integrated marketing, or finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize payment compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with teams and agencies for documentation of billings and process flow.
• Prepare cost analysis and cross-check all billings of the department.
• Monitor expenses and evaluate billings.
• Coordinate with other branches on orders and logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues and company records; ensure NDA compliance.
• Continuously monitor if the company receives agreed services at best price and quality.
• Suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Sell-out monitoring before the day ends.
