Job summary

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in finance, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with BIR compliance and ISO 9001 principles. Onsite, dayshift arrangements are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• At least 5 years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general finance in logistics/shipping preferred.
• Experience handling petty cash and liquidation.
• Experience processing accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Billing, invoicing and AR follow-up in logistics/shipping preferred.
• Basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping; ISO 9001 preferred.
• Full onsite arrangement - dayshift.

Responsibilities

• Process cash advance requests and liquidations per company procedure.
• Process accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Prepare and issue client billing invoices; monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
• Maintain the Finance Master Logbook and AP/AR monitoring records.
• Handle petty cash fund replenishment.
