Job summary

Manila Catering Corporation is seeking a proactive logistics coordinator to streamline daily delivery schedules and vehicle assignments with transport and warehouse teams. You will work with production, sales, and driving teams to ensure timely movement of perishable goods, while handling shipping papers and inventory logs in line with local safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in supply chain or food distribution, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related courses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• 1 to 2 years experience in supply chain, warehousing, or food distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, truck assignments, and product releases with transport and warehouse teams.
• Work closely with production, sales, and driving teams to ensure perishable or processed goods move out on time.
• Handle shipping papers, bills of lading, and inventory logs while following local food safety and quality guidelines.
• Track shipments in real time, fix delivery delays, and handle routing issues caused by traffic or weather.
• Monitor gas consumption, odometer and PMS Schedule.
