Job summary

Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. seeks a Distribution Center Shift Manager to lead day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations across assigned shifts.

You will oversee manpower, truck scheduling, and dock activities to maximize productivity and maintain KPI targets. The role requires 4–6 years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency in SAP S4HANA or similar WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics or related field.
• 4–6 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory/shift experience preferred.
• Experience in inbound/outbound operations and dock management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations during shifts.
• Manage manpower, trucks, and equipment to meet dock throughput.
• Supervise unloading/loading transfers between DCs.
• Ensure resources are complete and functioning as designed.
• Motivate team through communication and recognition.
• Resolve issues immediately to prevent disruption.
• Communicate major issues and risks to DC Lead.
• Provide clear turnover to next shift manager.
• Ensure accurate encoding of all DC movements in SAP S4HANA.
• Maintain real-time inventory and transport visibility for dashboards.
