Responsibilities include preparing quotations, coordinating with operations, maintaining pipelines, and reporting KPIs to management to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads, conduct client visits, and identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, overseas agents, and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, overseas agents, and business partners to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain updated sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and business development activities.
• Prepare and monitor quotations based on client requirements and company pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth turnover of confirmed accounts.
• Follow up quotations and client requirements to support account conversion and service delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure timely response to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth execution of client requirements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Update sales activities, pipelines, and monitoring sheets, and submit regular reports to management.
• Assist in monitoring KPIs and coordinating collection concerns with clients when necessary.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Identify potential business opportunities within freight forwarding, logistics, and brokerage industries.
• Recommend improvements to sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
