• Books and coordinates vehicles or TPL services based on approved delivery schedules, routes, and requirements.
• Monitors and updates delivery status from booking to customer receipt.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with drivers, TPL providers, and concerned personnel to obtain timely delivery status updates.
• Communicates delays, changes, or delivery concerns to the Logistics Planner and Scheduler.
• Validates the actual delivery date against DR, POD, or other supporting documents.
• Ensures completed deliveries are properly documented and customer receipt is secured.
• Maintains complete booking and delivery monitoring records from booking through final delivery.
• Supports ISO-related documentation, monitoring, and compliance within the assigned logistics process.
