Danzas Corporation is seeking a Backend Logistics Associate to support ocean freight services across stations, countries, or regions. You will ensure timely, accurate task completion while aligning with SOPs and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes English communication, ERP/MS Office proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset, with 0–3 years in BPO or logistics preferred. On-site work in Metro Manila, Philippines is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any) or similar qualification.
• Logistics/management degree is an advantage.
• 0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics is preferred.
• Air Freight experience will be preferred.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure tasks follow SOPs.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs per delivery guidelines.
• Operate on services across shifts, countries, or regions.
• Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate service completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions and best practices for partners.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information.
