Job summary

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date tracking of Deliveries for VisMin orders.
Prepare VISMIN delivery Monitoring reports regularly.
Coordinate hub transfer activities (ILO, CEB, DAV & CDO).
Monitor POD retrieval and other outbound-related documents.
Track and manage exchanges of empty containers for completed imports.

About the role

To provide operational support for the CMIP Outbound and Inbound.

Key responsibilities

Maintain up to date tracking of Deliveries of VisMin orders
Prepare VISMIN delivery Monitoring report regularly
Hub transfer activities (ILO, CEB, DAV & CDO)
Monitor POD retrieval and other Outbound related documents
Monitor and track the empty container returns of all completed import deliveries
