Job summary

unybrands is seeking a Logistics Analyst for a temporary 3-month contract in the Philippines to optimize end-to-end warehouse and 3PL operations. Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
• Experience managing 3PL and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability.
• Experience with ERP systems, Freight forwarding, and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations across 3PL providers, shipping agents, and courier partners.
• Maintain standardised processes for inbound, warehousing, fulfilment (B2B/B2C), and returns.
• Track KPIs including order accuracy, dispatch performance, inventory accuracy, and inbound timelines.
• Monitor stock movements and order execution, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues, driving accountability with partners.
• Act as the point of contact for logistics across Purchasing, Marketplace, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and key developments to stakeholders.
• Support marketplace operations, including Amazon removals, queries, and performance actions.
• Attend weekly planning and availability meetings, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Monitor system performance and elevate integration or data issues with IT teams and 3PL partners.
• Manage operational administration, including: Dispatch performance reporting and escalation; Commercial invoicing for B2B shipments; End-to-end order tracking and documentation accuracy.
