Job summary

unybrands is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the Philippines for a temporary 3-month contract. You will manage end-to-end warehouse and 3PL operations, build standardized processes, and improve data visibility to support internal teams.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Marketplace, Finance, and Operations, ensuring timely dispatches and accurate stock updates across ERP and 3PL systems. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
• Experience managing 3PL and warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong data interpretation to turn insights into action.
• Experience with ERP systems, freight forwarding, and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations across 3PL providers, shipping agents, and courier partners.
• Maintain standardised processes for inbound, warehousing, fulfilment, and returns.
• Track KPIs including order accuracy, dispatch performance, inventory accuracy, and inbound timelines.
• Monitor stock movements and order execution, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues, driving accountability with partners.
• Ensure accurate stock management across all systems and warehouse locations.
• Deliver reporting (availability, dispatch performance, Amazon KPIs) and actionable insights.
• Analyse data trends to identify risks and support decision-making.
• Maintain data sharing with suppliers and partners (forecasts, shipping schedules, stock updates).
• Act as point of contact for Logistics across departments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support marketplace operations, including removals and performance actions.
• Identify and implement system improvements with IT and 3PL partners.
