Qualifications

• Graduate of a Management or engineering course or related field.
• At least 1 year of end-to-end warehouse operations experience.
• Strong data analysis with Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, dashboards).
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deliverables.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data for KPIs (OTIF, IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, Reversal).
• Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track and document 3PL compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and prepare reports/presentations.
• Provide basic data for logistics cost analyses.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for standard materials or services.
• Check compliance of partners on facilities management activities (security, housekeeping, etc.).
• Prepare management reports for HACCP, GWP, and EHSS.

Job description

Title: Logistics Specialist (3PL Operations Management)

The Logistic Specialist (3rd Party Logistics) is responsible for supporting the oversight of third-party logistics providers through KPI tracking, contract obligation monitoring, and issue resolution support. This role ensures service delivery aligns with contractual terms and business expectations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Collect, validate, and consolidate data for KPIs such as OTIF,IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, and Reversal

Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.

Track and document third-party compliance with SLAs and contract terms.

Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.

Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare reports, presentations, and insights.

Provide the basic data required for the analysis of logistics costs.

Prepare a purchase requisition for standard materials, supplies, or services based on the budget.

Checks compliance of partners on standard building and facilities management activities, functions, operations and procedures (e.g., security, housekeeping, refrigeration, utilities, maintenance, etc.)

Prepare management reports related to HACCP, GWP, and EHSS.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of a Management or engineering course or any related field.

With at least 1 year of experience in an end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound and outbound)

With Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.)

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple deliverables.

With Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination.

Knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is a plus.

Must be willing to do fieldwork and be assigned inSucat, Muntinlupa (full onsite).
