Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is seeking a Logistics Staff (Import/Export) to manage end-to-end import and export operations for the Philippines SCRP project. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine customs, documentation, and cost control to ensure on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and suppliers, and will be assigned to the Santa Rosa Laguna office, starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Bureau of Customs procedures and compliance requirements.
• Experience in end-to-end shipment monitoring.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor import shipments from order booking to final delivery to site.
• Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, forwarders, shipping lines, and truckers.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of shipping documents prior to cargo arrival.
• Oversee customs clearance processing and ensure compliance with BOC regulations.
• Handle export shipment bookings, documentation, and monitoring of vessel departures.
• Validate and reconcile billing invoices from brokers, forwarders, and service providers.
• Control and monitor logistics costs, including freight and incidental charges.
• Maintain organized records for customs audit and compliance requirements.
• Provide timely shipment updates to internal stakeholders and logistics reports to management.

WE'RE HRING: LOGISTICS STAFF (CUSTOM CLEARANCE-IMPORT) Project Scope: Philippines South Commuter Railway Project (SCRP) - HDEC-DongAh Joint Venture S-04, 05, 06.

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Logistics Staff to manage end-to-end import and export operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and full compliance with Philippine customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor import shipments from order booking to final delivery to site.
• Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, forwarders, shipping lines, and truckers.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of shipping documents prior to cargo arrival.
• Oversee customs clearance processing and ensure compliance with BOC regulations.
• Handle export shipment bookings, documentation, and monitoring of vessel departures.
• Validate and reconcile billing invoices from brokers, forwarders, and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to start immediately!
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, or related field. (Licensed Custom Broker will be a plus on Salary)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations.
