You will manage licensed brokers and documentation specialists, drive KPI improvements, coach staff, and coordinate with clients to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker required.
• Minimum 7 years in customs brokerage, including 2 years in supervision/management.
• In-depth knowledge of BOC systems, import/export procedures, and current trade regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day brokerage operations for import and export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with Bureau of Customs rules, regulations, and documentation standards.
• Liaise with customs officers, clients, and internal departments to expedite clearances.
• Monitor KPI performance and implement process improvements.
