Job summary

SW Equipment and Materials Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an Import & Export Sales and Logistics Specialist to coordinate sales inquiries, orders, and end-to-end logistics.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, and smooth shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, import/export, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Monitor customer orders, shipments, deliveries, and payment-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer coordination.

• Monitor customer orders, shipments, deliveries, and payment-related concerns.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government agencies.

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM — Onsite
