ROSEFOOD REALTY CORPORATION is seeking a fleet supervisor to ensure company vehicles are available, properly maintained, and compliant with government requirements. You will monitor vehicle availability and condition for daily operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle registrations, insurance, and LTO compliance, scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and monitoring fuel usage to detect unusual consumption.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the availability and condition of all company vehicles.
• Maintain updated records of vehicle registration, insurance, and LTO compliance.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of company vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and breakdown concerns.
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and arrange necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with mechanics, repair shops, and external service providers.
• Monitor and track spare parts used for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor daily fuel consumption of company vehicles.
• Record and review fuel usage of each vehicle and driver.
• Check and analyze unusual or excessive fuel consumption.
