Job summary

CJ Smart Freight, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Business Development professional to join our on-site team in Taguig. You will identify and onboard trucking companies, reach out to partners, and build strong relationships with logistics stakeholders.

You will gather market intelligence on rates, capacity, and competition, and represent the company at local logistics events. 1–3 years of logistics or trucking BD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics or trucking business development.
• Existing network of truck owners/operators or fleet managers is a plus.
• Fluent in the local language; basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard trucking companies and independent truck owners to our platform.
• Proactively reach out to potential partners and negotiate cooperation agreements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with logistics stakeholders and truck suppliers.

• Previously working in companies such as Interluck, Fast logistics,SPX,XDE or Royal Cargo,2Go is an advantage
• Deep understanding of Philippine trucking industry and logistic ecosystem
• Existing network of truck owners operators or fleet managers.
• Local language fluency and basic English skills preferred
