Job summary

East West Rural Bank, Inc. is seeking a Loans Specialist-Sales (Marketing) to conduct field visits, drive sales of bank products, and engage clients with product orientations and marketing initiatives.

The role includes facilitating loan applications, verifying documents, underwriting support, and monitoring loan status to minimize delinquencies. The candidate should have a four-year degree, preferably in business, and strong MS Office skills, with good communication and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Do site/area visits (field work) within the area and nearby towns.
• Perform sales and marketing on bank products.
• Engage clients, provide product orientation, and implement marketing strategies.
• Facilitate loan applications to clients.
• Verify and check loan documents for authenticity.
• Review loan forms and underwriting; conduct KYC and follow-ups.
• Ensure efficient loan document preparation and processing.
• Facilitate loan approvals and monitor status.
• Prepare and submit accurate loan reports.
• Monitor loans to minimize past due rates.
• Ensure releases are billed on the correct date.
• Prepare justifications for deviations; assist in collection and promotions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities for Loans Specialist-Sales (Marketing):

• Do site/ area visits (Field work) within the area and nearby towns

• Perform Sales and Marketing on bank's products

• Do client engagement, perform product orientation, and other marketing strategies of the bank.

• Facilitate Loan Application to Clients

• Verify and check the validity and authenticity of loan application document attachments

• Review Loan Application Forms; Evaluate loan application, perform follow-ups, if necessary, conduct of "Know Your Customer" and loans underwriting

• Ensures efficient loan document preparation and loan processing

• Facilitate approval of loan application

• Monitor loan application status

• Make sure to do accurate, complete and timely loan report preparation and submission.

• Make sure to accurately monitor loans to achieve low to zero past due rate.

• Ensure all releases are billed and duly deducted on the identified effectiveness date

• Prepare/ Compose justification for Deviation

• Assist in collection and promotion activities

Job Qualification and Competencies Requirement:

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course, bachelor’s degree, preferably Business-related courses

• With background in Loans and Microfinance is an advantage

• A resident of the area or of nearby places (within 30 min travel time to the store location)
