The role requires supervising evaluation, approvals, portfolio monitoring, and compliant documentation while guiding staff on servicing procedures and risk management. The position involves coordinating with money transfer and bills payment units and generating performance reports to drive branch profitability and secure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Loan Servicing and Loans, including assessment, approval, monitoring, and collection.
• Finance principles with experience in loan cash flows and compliance.
• Experience in Portfolio Management, tracking loan performance and risk.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills and client relationship building.
• Experience in pawnshop, banking, or financial services operations.
• Proven leadership with staff supervision and performance monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• On-site work in Guagua, with reliability and integrity.
• Diploma or degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
