2.1–2 years of experience or graduate of any 4-year business-related course, with banking/finance experience.
Process-oriented and technology-inclined.
Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch, as well as regularly monitoring pending accounts to support sales objectives.
Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
